Synopsis: The businessman and media owner Grings Kodai plans to absorb the "Time Ripple" that appear in Crown City to renew his ability to see into the future, which will destroy the city's greenery. To help find the ripple, Kodai manipulate the news to have the city sealed off by using illusions created by Zoroark, a creature known as a Pokémon.
